Colt provides customers lot mass balancing as well as 24/7 access to audit reports via Colt’s customer portal. The record of the destruction can be vital, for oversight and audit documentation. Our inventory tracking system can be customized to record and store critical information as required. This can satisfy any accounting audit or government review. Colt provides certificate of destruction signed by a company officer with the detailed inventory listing attached.
Assets are serialized upon arrival and assigned to a customer lot number using our customized asset database. They are monitored by process, including change in condition or process area. Serialized assets are tested based upon required elements, and the unique tracking number is used to document the full cycling of items during processing, sanitation (if applicable), and final sale of tested functioning asset.
Colt will assign lot numbers which will be communicated to the customer to differentiate asset shipments. Lots are closed, and the revenues are reported using Colts Asset Database. This will include a per-asset sales value and associated tracking information as applicable for each asset resold and associated tracking information as applicable for each asset resold in marketplace.
